- Requires the DHS to develop a cyber-workforce strategy
- Public Law 113-274 – Cybersecurity Enhancement Act of 2014
- Codifies the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s(NIST’s)role in cybersecurity
- Public Law 113-277 – Border Patrol Agent Pay Reform Act of 2014
- Gives DHS new authorities for cybersecurity hiring
- Public Law 113-282 – National Cybersecurity Protection Act of 2014
- Codifies DHS’s cybersecurity center
- Public Law 113-283 – Federal Information Security Modernization Act of 2014
- Reforms federal IT security management
