Testing Blueprint: Opening America Up Again
The Trump Administration has released a new Blueprint for Testing Plans and Rapid Response Programs intended to help states implement testing programs laid out in the Opening Up America Again Guidelines.
The blueprint describes general responsibilities of Federal, State, local, and tribal governments, in addition to the private sector and professional associations as they work together to meet the country’s testing needs.
The document also highlights three core elements which “will enable State and local officials to quickly isolate cases, respond to local outbreaks, and create confidence that citizens are safe to engage in social and business activities.”
- Robust Diagnostic Testing Plans
- Timely Monitoring Systems
- Rapid Response Programs
