The Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars and the Reves Center for International Studies of The College of William and Mary co-sponsored a recent report that was based on an Eisenhower National Security Series workshop. The report, “Proliferation Challenges after Iraq,” addresses questions about individual countries pursuing weapons of mass destruction and the effectiveness of the international nonproliferation regime.
