Patriot Act architect sees detention flaws


With the Supreme Court closer to reviewing the detainee policy of the Patriot Act, civil liberty groups have found an ally in one of its main architects. Concerned of the lack of due process, Viet Dinh has voiced his concern of what constitutes an enemy combatant and what the judicial review should be.
