New hearing on border and aviation security


The National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States (also known as the 9-11 Commission) held its seventh public hearing on January 26-27, 2004. The two-day investigative hearing developed facts and circumstances related to border and aviation security, and included testimony from Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security James M. Loy.
