Feb. 5 panel discussion on global proliferation


On Thursday, February 5, 2004, the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace will host a panel discussion entitled “Examination of Global Proliferation Strategy.” Issues explored will include future stability and security of the United States and global peace and prosperity. The panel discussion will coincide with the release of the new book, “Ultimate Security: Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction” published by the CEIP, The Century Foundation, and the Georgetown University Center for Peace and Security Studies.
