ASPR [Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response] TRACIE [Technical Resources, Assistance Center, and Information Exchange] interviewed a variety of subject matter experts from emergency medicine, emergency management, and the federal government to learn more about the effects of these incidents on local hospitals and communities at large."
