Eligibility: U.S. organizations that are:
- military installations;
- federal, territorial, tribal, state, or local U.S. government agencies; or
- research institutions

Restricted Account
Type: username/password authentication
Pre-requisite: an active, individual account (see above)
Eligibility: U.S. citizens who are a) federal, territorial, tribal, state, or local U.S. government officials; or b) active members of the U.S. military
Access duration: re-request every six months
