From the Document: "This memorandum rescinds and replaces reference (a) and supplements requirements regarding the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic in accordance with references (b) and (c). The Occupational Safety and Health Administration's Emergency Temporary Standard for health care is addressed in reference (d). All DoD Components will continually implement appropriate procedures to protect all personnel from disease transmission in DoD workplaces.
