From the Document: "Referring to recent discussions regarding the United States of America's request for urgent cooperation to relocate from the territory of Afghanistan into the territory of another State individuals who are at risk as a result of the situation in Afghanistan (hereinafter referred to as 'identified individuals'); and In order to address this urgent humanitarian situation, The United States of America and the Sultanate of Oman (hereinafter referred to as 'the Parties') have agreed as follows: 1. The Parties agree to cooperate regarding efforts to relocate from the territory of Afghanistan into the territory of another State identified individuals. 2. In furtherance of this cooperation, the Sultanate of Oman agrees to host, on a temporary basis, identified individuals to facilitate the resettlement of such individuals on a permanent basis in another location outside the Sultanate of Oman. [...] 3. The United States of America agrees to relocate identified individuals to another location by the end of 30 days after the day such individuals arrive in the Sultanate of Oman. [...] 4. The Sultanate of Oman agrees to identify appropriate facilities to house identified individuals, in coordination with the United States of America."
