Horak regarding deficiencies found during the May 24, 2005 Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station Radiological Emergency Preparedness Exercise. The first letter is to Kerry Sleeper, Commissioner of the Vermont Department of Public Safety, detailing five deficiencies found against the State Emergency Operations Center (EOC), the Town of Vernon EOC, and the Town of Halifax in Vermont. The second letter is to Christine McCombs, Director of the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency, detailing one deficiency found against the Town of Colrain. The final letter is to Bruce G. Cheney, Director of the Bureau of Emergency Management, detailing one deficiency found against the Town of Richmond in New Hampshire.
