From the Executive Summary: "On June 29, 2016, a biennial Radiological Emergency Preparedness (REP) Plume Exposure Pathway exercise was conducted around the River Bend Station (RBS), located near St. Francisville, Louisiana. Personnel from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security/Federal Emergency Management Agency (DHS/FEMA) Region VI, evaluated all activities. The purpose of the exercise was to assess the level of preparedness of State and local responders to react to a simulated radiological emergency at RBS. [...] There were no Level 1 Findings, four Level 2 Findings (three corrected during the exercise), and four Plan Issues identified during the exercise. Also, one previous Areas Requiring Corrective Action (ARCA) was resolved during the exercise."
