From the Executive Summary: "On May 25 and 26, 2011, out-of-sequence Laboratory and Medical Services drills were conducted for the River Bend Station (RBS), located near St. Francisville, Louisiana. Personnel from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security/Federal Emergency Management Agency (DHS/FEMA) Region VI, evaluated all activities. The purpose of the drill was to assess the level of preparedness of local responders to react to a simulated radiological emergency at River Bend Station. [...] There were no Deficiences, one Area Requiring Corrective Action (ARCA) which was corrected on the spot, and one Plan Issue identified during the drills."
