From the Executive Summary: "On December 10 and 11,2008, out-of-sequence Emergency Worker Monitoring and Decontamination Center and Medical Services drills were conducted for the River Bend Station (RBS), located near St. Francisville, Louisiana. Personnel from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security/Federal Emergency Management Agency (DHWFEMA) Region VI, evaluated all activities. The purpose of the drills was to assess the level of preparedness of local responders to react to a simulated radiological emergency at River Bend Station. [...] There were no Deficiences. Two Areas Requiring Corrective Action (ARCAs) that were corrected on the spot were identified during the drills."
