From the Executive Summary: "On November 1, 2007, an out-of-sequence medical drill was conducted for the River Bend Station (RBS), located near St. Francisville, Louisiana. Personnel from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security/Federal Emergency Management Agency (DHS/FEMA) Region VI, evaluated all activities. The purpose of the drill was to assess the level of preparedness of local responders to react to a simulated radiological emergency at River Bend Station. The previous medical Drill at this site was conducted on October 25, 2006."
