From the Executive Summary: "On November 16, 2016, a Radiological Emergency Preparedness (REP), Partial Participation, Plume Exposure Pathway Exercise was conducted in the 10-mile Emergency Planning Zone (EPZ) around the Quad Cities Station (QCS) by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security/Federal Emergency Management Agency (DHS/FEMA), Region V. The purpose of the exercise was to assess the level of preparedness of State and local jurisdictions in responding to a radiological emergency. This exercise was held in accordance with DHS/FEMA policies and guidance concerning the exercise of State and local Radiological Emergency Response Plans (RERPs) and procedures.
