From the Executive Summary: "On July 12, 2000, an exercise was conducted in the plume exposure pathway emergency planning zone (EPZ) around the Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Region V. The purpose of the exercise was to assess the level of State and local preparedness in responding to a radiological emergency. [...] There were no Deficiencies and three Areas Requiring Corrective Action (ARCAs) identified as a result of this exercise."
