From the Executive Summary: "On July 10, 2012, a Full Participation Plume Exposure Pathway Radiological Emergency Preparedness (REP) Exercise evaluation was conducted by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for the 10-mile Emergency Planning Zone (EPZ) around the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant (PINGP). The purpose of the exercise was to assess the level of State and local preparedness in responding to a radiological emergency. This exercise was held in accordance with DHS/FEMA's policies and guidance concerning the exercise of State and local Radiological Emergency Response Plans (RERPs) and procedures. The most recent exercise at this site was conducted on August 24, 2010. The qualifying emergency preparedness exercise was conducted on December 8, 1981. [...] Sections 3 and 4 of this report provide detailed information regarding any Deficiencies, ARCAs, Planning Issues and Schedule of Corrective Actions."
