From the Executive Summary: "On October 26, 2010, a Radiological Emergency Preparedness (REP) Plume Exposure Pathway Exercise was conducted for the 10-mile Emergency Planning Zone (EPZ) around the Point Beach Nuclear Plant (PBNP) by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security/Federal Emergency Management Agency (DHS/FEMA), Region V. The purpose of the exercise was to assess the level of State and local preparedness for response to a radiological emergency. This exercise was conducted in accordance with DHS/FEMA's policies and guidance concerning the exercise of State and local Radiological Emergency Response Plans (RERPs) and procedures."
