From the Executive Summary: "On May 19 and June 22, 2004, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Region III, conducted an exercise in the plume exposure pathway emergency planning zone (EPZ) around the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS). The purpose of the exercise was to assess the level of State and local preparedness in responding to a radiological emergency. [...] This report contains the evaluation results from the out-of-sequence activities conducted on May 19 and the final evaluation results from the biennial exercise conducted on June 22, 2004."
