From the Executive Summary: "On October 30 and 31, 2012, Radiological Emergency Preparedness (REP) Full Participation Plume Exposure Pathway and Ingestion Exposure Pathway Exercise evaluations were conducted by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) / Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for the 10-mile and 50-mile Emergency Planning Zones (EPZs) around the Palisades Nuclear Power Plant (PNPP). The purpose of these exercises was to assess the level of State and local preparedness for responding to a radiological emergency. [...] This Final Report contains the evaluation of the biennial exercise[.]"
