From the Executive Summary: "On July 11, 2017, the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency Region IV Radiological Emergency Preparedness Program staff evaluated a plume exposure pathway exercise in the emergency planning zone for the Robinson Nuclear Plant. The evaluations of out of sequence activities conducted during the weeks of May 1 and May 8, 2017 are also included in this report. [...] The purpose of the exercise was to assess the level of state and local preparedness in responding to an incident at Robinson Nuclear Plant. This exercise was conducted in accordance with FEMA' s policies and guidance concerning the exercise of State and local radiological emergency response plans and procedures."
