From the Executive Summary: "On November 15, 2011 the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Region IV Radiological Emergency Preparedness (REP) Program staff evaluated a plume exposure pathway exercise in the emergency planning zone (EPZ) for the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant (HBRSEP). [...] FEMA's overall objective of the exercise was to assess the level of State and local preparedness in responding to a radiological emergency at HBRSEP. This exercise was conducted in accordance with FEMA's policies and guidance concerning the exercise of State and local radiological emergency response plans and procedures. [...] The purpose of this report is to analyze exercise results, identify strengths to be maintained and built upon, identify potential areas for further improvement and support development of corrective actions."
