From the Executive Summary: "On December 13, 2005, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Region V, evaluated a medical services drill in the 10-mile plume exposure pathway Emergency Planning Zone (EPZ) around the Dresden Nuclear Power Station (DNPS). The purpose of the medical services drill was to assess the ability of off-site agencies to respond to a medical emergency involving a potentially radiologically contaminated member of the public."
