From the opening statement of Raja Krishnamoorthi: "On September 11 of this year, the Administration released deeply disturbing results from the National Youth Tobacco Survey, otherwise known as the NYTS. The data confirmed our fears that the youth vaping epidemic continues to grow to all-time highs. Today, 5.3 million high school and middle school students use e-cigarette, and the trends are alarming, both among high school students as well as middle school students."
