From the Executive Summary: "In 2018, Congress provided $380 million in funding under the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) to state and local election officials for activities to improve the administration of elections for Federal office, including to enhance election technology and make election security improvements. State and local election officials are utilizing the funds to reduce risk in the election infrastructure and to build resiliency in the election process. Congress recently provided an additional $425 million in funding to continue those efforts. Federal, state and local election organizations comprising the Election Infrastructure Subsector (EIS) Government Coordinating Council (GCC) have developed this document to provide suggestions for use of the investment for each of the following categories:  People; [...2] Products; [...3] Practices[.]"
