From the Document: "The ALSA [Air Land Sea Application] Center publishes the ALSB [Air Land Sea Bulletin] two times a year. ALSA is a multi-Service Department of Defense field agency sponsored by the US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), Marine Corps Combat Development Command (MCCDC), Navy Warfare Development Command (NWDC), and Curtis E. LeMay Center for Doctrine Development and Education (LeMay Center). The ALSB is a vehicle to 'spread the word' on recent developments in warfighting concepts, issues, and Service interoperability."
