From the Document: "The ALSA [Air Land Sea Application] Center is a multi-Service Department of Defense field agency sponsored by the US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), Marine Corps Training and Education Command (TECOM), Navy Warfare Development Command (NWDC), and Curtis E. LeMay Center for Doctrine Development and Education (LeMay Center). The ALSB [Air Land Sea Bulletin] is a vehicle to 'spread the word' on recent developments in warfighting concepts, issues, and Service interoperability."
