From the Document: "Like many of you, I am experiencing anxiety related to all the unknowns associated with the COVID-19 [coronavirus disease 2019] pandemic. We like stability, routine, and a sense of control over our environments and experience tremendous stress when there are disruptions in our normal lives. [...] I created this workbook to assist you with managing the strong emotions that will arise during this difficult time through a form of psychological treatment called Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). DBT is an evidence based intervention that helps individuals identify their feelings and learn skills to better manage their emotions.
