From the Summary: "Nearly 3.8 billion dollars in assets of the seven state sponsors of terrorism are located within U.S. jurisdiction. Of that amount, over $3.0 billion are blocked by the U.S. Treasury Department pursuant to economic sanctions imposed by the United States against five of the terrorist countries. In addition, during 1995, $725,000 in assets of international terrorist organizations have been identified and blocked within the United States."
