From the Summary: "More than 3.1 billion dollars in assets of seven state sponsors of terrorism are located within U.S. jurisdiction. Of that amount more than $3.0 billion are blocked by the U.S. Department of the Treasury pursuant to economic sanctions imposed by the United States against five of the terrorist countries. In addition, approximately $734,000 in assets of international terrorist organizations which were identified and blocked within the United States in 1995, remain blocked in 1996."
