From the Summary: "More than $3.4 billion of assets of seven state sponsors of terrorism are located within U.S. jurisdiction. Of that amount, more than $3.3 billion are blocked by the U.S. Department of Treasury pursuant to economic sanctions imposed by the United States against six of the terrorist countries. In addition, approximately $675,000 in assets of international terrorist organizations which were identified and blocked within the United States in 1995, remain blocked in 1998. Approximately $23.6 million in funds are currently blocked based upon an interest of Usama Bin Laden."
