From the Introduction: "Colorado's COVID-19 [coronavirus disease 2019] vaccination plan sets a framework that will leverage existing systems and partnerships with local public health agencies, health care providers, and other partners to distribute a safe and effective COVID-19 vaccine as equitably and efficiently as possible. A multi-agency, multi-sector team contributed to the development of the state's COVID vaccination plan. More than 20 organizations representing the Governor's Office, public health, various state agencies, clinical associations, universities, pharmacies, hospital systems, and community based organizations were engaged in plan development. Sections of the plan were drafted by subject matter experts, and the joint vaccination planning steering committee reviewed sections for consistency and cohesion. Both departmental executive leadership and the Governor's Office reviewed and provided recommendations reflected in the current plan."
