H. Rept. 116-451: In the Matter of Allegations Relating to Representative Lori Trahan, July 16, 2020 [open pdf - 6MB]
From the Introduction: "On September 18, 2019, the Board of the Office of Congressional Ethics (OCE) forwarded to the Committee a Report and Findings (OCE's Referral) regarding Representative Lori Trahan. OCE recommended the Committee review allegations that (1) personal loans Representative Trahan made to her principal campaign committee, Lori Trahan for Congress (Campaign), were excessive contributions from her husband because they were sourced from her husband's personal funds; and (2) Representative Trahan omitted required information related to the personal loans from her congressional candidate Financial Disclosure Statements and from the Campaign's reports to the Federal Election Commission (FEC)."
