From the Overview: "On November 30, 2018, President Trump and the leaders of Canada and Mexico signed the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). USMCA revises and modernizes the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), in place since 1994. USMCA replaces NAFTA as of July 1, 2020. Pursuant to trade promotion authority (TPA), the Administration provided the required consultations and notifications to Congress."
