Most U.S. foreign assistance is administered by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID); the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC); the U.S. Departments of State, Agriculture (USDA), the Treasury, and Defense (DOD); or is channeled through multilateral organizations."
