This is a webinar from the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) of the Department of Health and Human Services. The Technical Resources, Assistance Center, and Information Exchange (TRACIE) is a clearinghouse for "information and technical assistance needs of regional ASPR staff, healthcare coalitions, healthcare entities, healthcare providers, emergency managers, public health practitioners, and others working in disaster medicine, healthcare system preparedness, and public health emergency preparedness." From the Welcome Message and Purpose: " Management of patients with highly pathogenic infectious diseases is based on the regional, tiered approach set forth by ASPR for Ebola. Health care coalitions are integral to a coordinated response among various partners in a region. Planning and executing exercises for Ebola and other special pathogens assists health care coalition members in meeting various grant requirements."
