This is the June 21, 2018 hearing on "Russian and Chinese Nuclear Arsenals: Posture, Proliferation, and the Future of Arms Control" held before the U.S. House of Representatives Subcommittee on Terrorism, Nonproliferation, and Trade of the Committee on Foreign Affairs.
