This is the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) Estimate of Spending and Revenue Effects for H.R. 302, the FAA [Federal Aviation Administration] Reauthorization Act of 2018. From the Document: "This estimate has been updated to reflect a new assumed enactment date in October 2018. Relative to CBO's previous estimate, the agency now estimates there would be an additional $4 million in direct spending over the 2019-2028 period, stemming from changes in how the provisions in Division E would apply after accounting for an October 2018 enactment."
