"We evaluated the Office of Health Affairs' (OHA) privacy safeguards for protecting the personally identifiable information (PII) it collects and maintains. Our objective was to determine whether OHA ensures compliance with applicable Federal privacy laws, regulations, and policies. We are making 11 recommendations to OHA which, if implemented, should reduce privacy risks to the PII it collects and maintains."
