This testimony compilation made by the HSDL staff is from the March 21, 2017 hearing, "Staying a Step Ahead: Fighting Back Against Scams Used to Defraud Americans," before the United States Senate Subcommittee on Consumer Protection, Product Safety, Insurance, and Data Security of the Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation.
