We enable girls and boys to to thrive by: (1) Collaborating with frontline workers to identify the need for new standards and guidance; (2) Expanding the pool and building the capacity of child protection in emergencies workers; (3) Promoting and making accessible existing standards and norms, while learning from their use and improving them; (4) Promoting more effective engagement of national actors for locally relevant and sustainable child protection efforts; and (5) Engaging local communities and civil society. The Alliance for Child Protection in Humanitarian Action is currently co-led by UNICEF and Save the Children. Our secretariat is in Geneva, Switzerland."
