"The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (Board) received a $2.4 million award in Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) grant funds for damages in Minneapolis, Minnesota, from severe storms, straight-line winds, and flooding in June 2013. Our audit objective was to determine whether the Board accounted for and expended FEMA funds according to Federal regulations and FEMA guidelines. The report contains no recommendations."
