This is the June 4, 2008 testimony of Jeffrey Riddel before the Subcommittee on Housing and Community Opportunity of the Committee on Financial Services, and the Subcommittee on Emergency Communications, Preparedness, and Response of the Committee on Homeland Security entitled, "Examining the Roles and Responsibilities of HUD and FEMA in Responding to the Affordable Housing Needs of Gulf Coast States following Emergencies and Natural Disasters".
