Public Assistance Eligibility, Interim Rule   [open pdf - 57KB]

This interim rule will allow, FEMA to reimburse State, Tribal and, local governments within an area, designated under a Presidential, emergency or major disaster declaration, for sheltering and evacuation costs, incurred outside of the designated area.
