This testimony compilation is from the July 23, 2014 hearing, "American Metals and Mineral Security: An Examination of the Domestic Critical Minerals Supply and Demand Chain," before the U.S. House Committee on Natural Resources, Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources. This hearing was convened to discuss the need for a stronger domestic critical materials supply and demand chain.
