Intelligence Community Directive Number 120: Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection [open pdf - 3MB]
The purpose of this Directive is the following: "1. Ensure that all personnel serving in the Intelligence Community (IC) are aware of the protections and review processes available to individuals who make protected Disclosures; 2. Provide guidance on what constitutes a Protected Disclosure and the appropriate handling of such disclosures; and 3. Provide information regarding the review process required by PPD-19 [Presidential Policy Directive-19]."
