We will be discussing personnel matters, current operations and readiness, research and development and procurement, along with any other subject that our witnesses prefer to raise or that the members prefer to ask about. And we are very happy to welcome our distinguished witnesses, the Honorable John McHugh, Secretary of the Army, and General Raymond T. Odierno, Chief of Staff of the Army. And of course John McHugh has been one of our colleagues for many, many years, former chairman of the Armed Services Committee, and a colleague that we are very proud of, Mr. Secretary. And General, we are very, very happy to have you here. Your biography will be placed in the record, which is an extremely, extremely impressive biography. It will be placed in our record."
