This is the transcript of the presentation featuring Chief John White of the Pentagon; Colonel Egon Hawrylak of the Military District of Washington; Assistant Chief Rick King and Chief Terry Shaffer of the Shanksville, Pennsylvania Volunteer Fire Dept; and Battalion Chief Jack McCartt from the Boca Raton Florida Fire & Rescue. This presentation was originally carried by the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) Emergency Education Network. Entitled, "Part II: A Strategic Analysis of Incident Management Activities Following September the Eleventh, 2001," the participants discuss their experiences in dealing with the aftermath of the terrorist attacks.
