"The overall objective of [this] audit was to determine whether the U.S. Army, U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM), and U.S. Forces-Afghanistan (USFOR-A) controls over Commander's Emergency Response Program (CERP) payments made to support Afghanistan operations were adequate. Specifically, [this audit] reviewed whether the controls ensured that CERP payments were proper and that complete, accurate, and meaningful data were available to personnel responsible for CERP management."
